Items may be returned within 14 days of the date your order arrives.
To be eligible for a return, items must be in immaculate condition, exactly as they were when received.
This means the item must be unworn, unwashed, free from marks, odours, makeup, fake tan, perfume, or damage, and with all original tags attached.
We reserve the right to refuse a return if these conditions are not met.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.
Any customs or import taxes incurred on returned items are also the responsibility of the buyer.
If customs or import charges are applied to a returned item, these costs will be deducted from your refund.
Once your return has been received and inspected, you will be notified of the outcome.
Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method.
