Depending on which service your require, deposits start at £50. The deposit you pay comes off the end costs.
Yes we offer a dressmaking service also for bridesmaids, Junior maids and Flowergirls. As this is more time consuming we advise you to enquire as soon as possible.
Each dress will be different, advise on this can be given at the first fitting.
Fittings will start at least 8 weeks before the date of your wedding. We will work right up to the week of your wedding with the fittings to ensure a perfect fit.
After your final fitting when you are completely happy with the dress/ dresses, they are steamed by us at the studio before collection, therefore all ready and perfect for the big day.
Bridal alterations are hard to give an exact pricing. The cost is worked out at how many fittings are needed and how much time is spent on the dress/ dresses. Taking into account any cost of extra fabrics or embellishments needed. The cost is worked out at one of the final fittings and is paid before the dresses are taken home for your big day. Average costs can be given at your fittings upon request.

A bride on average requires 4 fittings for her dress. If it is a restyle it may require more, this will be determined at the first fitting.
At Kelly Black Design we understand the stress a wedding can bring, we therefore offer a final fitting within the week of your wedding. At this point alterations can still be made to the dress/ dresses so last minute weight loss or gain is not an issue.
We will work hard to help with any design change you want, we can arrange a consultation to chat through any questions you may have about certain design changes.
